We all face similar struggles in today’s financial times. At some point or another we all could use a few extra bucks, and much of the time we all have something we can likely part with for that extra money. The problem is finding the market, that is, those who would be willing to buy it. There are many choices out there to advertise things around the house, the problem comes in the cost of them such as newspapers. You may find free places to list things for sale around town, such as bulletin boards at small restaurants or grocery stores but getting people to stop and look at your ad is another story. The free listings online are nice, but none of them are people that are local and willing to buy; that is until now.

Welcome to your local county market.

Ads on all our sites are free and buyers are local, you are “target” marketing your products, services, and other goods to people with a higher potential to buy; your neighbors. This is the reason that this site exists, to bring local people together, to connect them in a way that they are unable to accomplish alone.

Ads, they are free for 15 days. You may opt to run a continuous 30, 60 or 90 day ad for a small fee or even make your ad featured for yet another small fee; but that is totally up to you. Want a free 30 day ad, just come back by in 15 days and list again, paid ads are options not requirements. This is not a commercial site, this is not for making a profit, granted there are costs associated with the development, hosting and maintenance of the site which makes us feel that the small fees that are charged for the add-ons are more than fair in comparison to any other immediately local advertising available today.

In addition to just listing the item, you can share your items and finds with your friends on Facebook and many other popular social networks. When you have a serious interest in your listing, you can go in and pause the ad, if it does not sell go back in and make it live again. Sell your item, go into your account and mark your products as sold.

Another useful feature that is optional is the integration with Google Maps, you can add an address to your listing so people know where to go to either look at a product or buy it. Don’t want this information public, just leave it blank when listing your item, we’re all about options here.
